تجمع اعتراضی مقابل سفارت جمهوری اسلامی به دلیل افزایش آمار اعدامها توسط این رژیم در ایران.
و به طور مشخص اعتراض به صدور و اجرای حکم اعدام با استناد به توهین به مقدسات یا سب النبی.
جمهوری اسلامی از روز نخست تا به امروز ایرانیان بسیاری را با همین حکم اعدام کرده است.
دو سال پیش در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲ یوسف مهراد و صدر الله فاضلی را با دلیل توهین به مقدسات اعدام کرد.

«سب النبی» یکی از عناوین مجرمانه در قوانین کیفری فعلی در ایران با مجازات حدی مرگ است. بنا بر ماده ۲۶۲ قانون مجازات اسلامی هر کس به پیامبر اسلام یا یکی از پیامبران عظام (نوح، عیسی، موسی و ابراهیم) دشنام دهد یا به آنها توهین کند، «سبالنبی» و به مجازات اعدام محکوم میشود.

Two years ago, in May 2023, the regime executed Yousef Mehrad and Sadrollah Fazeli for insulting the holy places.

“Blasphemy” is one of the criminal titles in the current penal laws in Iran with a death penalty. According to Article 262 of the Islamic Penal Code, anyone who insults or curses the Prophet of Islam or one of the great prophets (Noah, Jesus, Moses and Abraham) is “blasphemy” and is sentenced to death.
